Forest participated in approximately 10 tournaments, receiving direct invitations to around half of them. Their first tournament was the Perfect World DOTA 2 League Season 1, where they secured a third-place finish. Notable later tournaments included the Cecilia Cup, which they won, and several other events where they placed in the top four. While they didn't always claim top spots, their consistent participation and respectable placements showcased their skill and competitiveness within the crowded Chinese Dota 2 landscape. Their final tournament appearance was the Asia New Star Cup Season 1 in January 2022.

Forest had a fluid roster throughout its existence, with a total of 19 players contributing to the team's journey. The initial lineup included JoHnNy, Kygo, Veng, Destino, and yogi. Other notable players who donned the Forest tag included ButterflyEffect, ukiyo, and yMo. The team currently does not have an official roster. The frequent roster changes might have contributed to their inconsistent performance, though the team still managed to achieve notable results.

In terms of regional ranking (China), Forest fluctuated between 16th and 28th place during their active period. Their highest ranking was 16th, achieved in late 2020. They were consistently ranked within the top 25 teams in China, but their ranking became less consistent towards the end of their run and they are no longer present in the rankings. Forest did not achieve any placements in the global Dota 2 rankings.
