Azreal's professional journey began in September 2018 with Team ACT, competing in qualifiers for The Kuala Lumpur Major. He played alongside players like Nov, A suivre, and blessing, though the team didn't advance far in the tournament. His early career was characterized by participation in several smaller tournaments and qualifiers, often without significant success in terms of prize money. This early experience, however, laid the foundation for his future career and helped him develop his skills as a support player. His early team, ACT, also competed in WESG 2018, another tournament where they didn't place.

Throughout his career, Azreal has played for over a dozen teams, including Newbee.Y, VG.P, NB.BUFF, Typhoon, and several other Chinese organizations (Crocodile, S4, Violet, Plan B, TL, Azreal, ER). This extensive experience showcases his adaptability and willingness to compete at various levels of play. While most of these stints didn’t result in major prize money, the accumulated game time and exposure to different team dynamics have undoubtedly contributed to his overall skillset and understanding of the game.
